General Summary: Under the supervision of the MES Director, the Education Program Lead supports the coordination, oversight, and continuous improvement of program operations to ensure effective, consistent, and compliant service delivery. This role is responsible for monitoring program implementation; maintaining accurate records; supporting communication with schools and stakeholders; and assisting with partner coordination. The position also contributes to program evaluation, reporting readiness, and community outreach to ensure alignment with organizational goals and service expectations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Support coordination of program operations and staff activities to ensure continuity of services and alignment with established expectations.
2. Provide oversight of program implementation and staff performance to ensure services are delivered effectively, consistently, and in alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and service standards.
3. Monitor and track program budgets to ensure appropriate, efficient, and compliant use of funds.
4. Assist the MES Director with the selection, coordination, and oversight of
external service providers and program partners. 5. Facilitate communication and coordination between staff, public schools,
and stakeholders to ensure effective and responsive service delivery. 6. Maintain organized and accurate records of program activities, services,
and expenditures; conduct routine reviews to ensure accuracy and readiness for reporting.
7. Support continuous program improvement through data review, evaluation, and stakeholder feedback.
8. Promote services to students, parents, and the community, occasionally working nights or weekends.
9. Participate in professional development opportunities, including online, local, and national events.
