The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

SPA's Strategic Division's Strategic Development Group (SDG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering support, Systems Safety support and Financial Analysis support. SDG is hiring for Program & Operations Analyst to support U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) SP25 Infrastructure Branch Head.

Responsibilities Executive Support & Calendar Management:
  • Manage executive schedules by proactively maintaining calendars, setting appointments, and responding to invitations.
  • Provide branch head-level support including preparing briefings, working with stakeholders to collect and communicate data, and preparing materials for senior-level meetings.
Action Tracking & Process Improvment:
  • Manage task tracking and formal actions through enterprise sysems, ensuring responses.
  • Create deliverable and directly assist with briefing at the Three-Star level.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve performance across the branch.
Meeting Logistics & Support
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings & events.
  • Facilitate senior-level meetings and record comprehensive meeting minutes.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work fulltime at Washington Navy Yard (5 days/week).
  • Active DOD SECRET clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
  • 5+ years providing administrative support to senior leaders with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Profiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Desired Qualifications:
  • Active DOD TOP SECRET clearance.
  • Experience in SSP.
