Job description

Who We Are

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.

As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

Role Overview

As our Flight Operations Program Manager, you'll own the cross-functional programs that keep our growing fleet delivering on that promise — driving aircraft delivery, onboarding, and operational readiness, and giving the whole organization a clear, real-time picture of where things stand. You'll work directly with Flight Operations, Technology, and our partners, and you'll brief the executive team.

You think in plans and dependencies but aren't afraid to build the tracker yourself. You move fast, take full ownership, and bring a safety-first mindset to everything you touch. If you want real visibility and real impact at a company scaling quickly, this is the role.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end program plans for flight operations initiatives — scope, milestones, risks, and KPIs — and drive them to completion across multiple teams.
  • Drive aircraft delivery and onboarding readiness, tracking every task from acquisition through operational readiness.
  • Build the dashboards and trackers that give BOND a single source of truth on fleet delivery, onboarding, maintenance, and program health.
  • Partner with Flight Operations, Technology, and external partners to keep programs grounded in operational reality.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, holding them accountable to scope and timeline.
  • Translate operational data into executive-ready reporting and present it directly to our leadership team.
  • Identify process gaps and lead the improvements that make us faster, more reliable, and more scalable.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of program or project management experience owning cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong technology fluency — comfortable across modern SaaS and operational tools (project/work-management platforms, CRM such as Salesforce, BI/dashboards) and quick to learn new systems.
  • A track record of presenting to and influencing senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, translating complex operational detail into clear decisions.
  • Fluency in AI tools like Claude, with the ability to apply them to everyday program and operational work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, or another regulated, operationally complex industry (Part 91/135, charter, fractional, FBO, or OEM).
  • Familiarity with task and project management tools like Jira or monday.com.
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, or lightweight tooling (SQL, BI tools, or AI/automation platforms a plus).
  • A degree in aviation management or aeronautical science, or PMP/PgMP certification.

Travel Requirements

Travel may be required as necessary.

Why BOND

We're building a next-generation aviation company, and we invest in the people making it happen. Joining BOND means stepping into a fast-moving, high-standards environment where your work has a direct impact from day one.

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility (role dependent)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with supplemental coverage options and company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays for eligible roles

If you're ready to help build something exceptional — we'd love to hear from you!

Equal Employment Opportunity

BOND is an equal opportunity employer and values a workplace where every team member is respected and supported. All employment decisions are made without regard to any status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
