The HO A220 Program Operations is responsible for the End-to-End (E2E) Program tactical steering and process industrialization required to meet the program's commercial and financial targets. This role focuses on navigating the technical and process operational aspects of the A220 ecosystem to ensure that growth from $200M to $650M in revenue is supported by robust, scalable, and cost-efficient workflows. By leveraging a comprehensive E2E vantage point, you identify and manage complex cross-functional relations and impacts to secure long-term customer satisfaction and program profitability

E2E Process Industrialization & Technical Navigation (40%)

  • Growth Architecture: Direct the process evolution required to scale the program effectively

  • Industrialization: Lead the design and implementation of next-generation material services, turning strategic requirements into industrialized, scalable workflows. Dedicated Focus will be on maturing the A220 Inventory Strategy and Off-Shelf Availability.

  • Technical Operations: Navigate the technical and process operational aspects of the A220 program to ensure seamless material service delivery.

  • Systemic Improvement: Launch E2E Program initiatives and projects to enhance cost efficiency and streamline the program interface.

  • E2E Impact Management: Utilize an E2E perspective to manage complex relations and cross-functional impacts across the program's four legal entities.

Financial Steering & Process Cost Control (15%)

  • Revenue & Profit Steering: Ensure the achievement of AOP targets and growth goals through active operational performance management.

  • Process Cost Optimization: Identify and realize profit improvements by optimizing the process cost efficiency and identifying scalability potential.

  • Efficiency Gains: Lead cross-program projects to secure $20M in efficiency gains by 2030 through process standardization.

  • Inventory Alignment: Monitor inventory value development to ensure stock levels support critical parts in our customer operations and the overall programs business growth.

Team Leadership & Strategic Coordination (20%)

  • Functional Leadership: Manage and coach a high-performing international team of Program Managers and Product Leads.

  • Systemic Problem Solving: Serve as the primary de-escalation point for E2E process challenges, implementing systemic fixes that resolve structural bottlenecks.

Customer Satisfaction & Compliance (20%)

  • CSIP Accountability: Secure customer satisfaction scores by ensuring E2E processes are robust and industrialized to meet requirements reliably.

  • Strategic Representation: Represent the program's material management needs within the broader organization and at senior customer meetings.

  • Compliance: Ensure all business activities and industrialized processes comply with relevant internal and external regulations.

ABOUT YOU

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or Aerospace or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Masters Preferred

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience required

  • Min 5 years of experience in transformation management, operational management and project management in logistics and/ or customer service

  • Min 2 years of experience in applying sprint/Scrum/LBIT/VSM methods

  • Leadership experience required

Travel Required:15% Able to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice

  • Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.

  • Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools.

  • Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer.

  • Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.

  • Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor.

  • Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice.

  • Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.

  • Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site

  • Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.

Salary range based on the required profile: $125000 - 145000/year. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on geographic differential. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
