As Head of Payroll & Benefits, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of payroll and benefits operations across a growing, multi-state organization. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability while partnering closely with HR and Finance to support both our people and our long-term growth.
What You'll Lead
  • Direct end-to-end payroll operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee multi-state payroll processing and state tax reporting requirements
  • Maintain payroll systems, schedules, and data integrity
  • Lead, mentor, and develop payroll team members
  • Partner with HR and Finance leadership on payroll and benefits strategy
