  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Lauth at professional conferences and networking events throughout Indiana and beyond.
  • Market Growth: Oversee marketing campaigns and leverage CRM/AI tools to expand our client base.

Who You Are
  • An Indy-Ready Leader: You are either a current resident or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis area to lead from the front.

    • Flexibility: Valid driver's license and the ability to be on-call 24/7 with extensive travel as required.
    • Preferred Background: Prior experience as a former FBI Agent is strongly preferred for this role, as it reflects a proven foundation in conducting thorough, defensible investigations, gathering and analyzing evidence, and navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks. Candidates with this background typically bring advanced skills in interviewing techniques, case management, and cross-agency collaboration, along with a deep understanding of due process, chain-of-custody requirements, and investigative best practices. This experience also signals a high degree of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment - qualities essential to handling sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Additionally, former Agents often bring an established network of law enforcement and industry contacts, which can prove valuable in escalated or cross-jurisdictional investigations.
