What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our customers and sales team while helping drive business growth. You’ll build strong relationships, ensure seamless order processing, and provide responsive, knowledgeable service that positions UUS as a trusted partner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately process customer orders and identify needs to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Prepare timely and accurate quotes for customer requests
  • Partner with the outside sales team to support and grow customer accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and returns
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers on shipments, pricing, and issue resolution
  • Maintain detailed and organized customer records, including order updates and follow-ups
  • Proactively identify solutions to customer challenges and support long-term relationship building
