At Align Technology, we are transforming smiles and changing lives through innovation. As the global leader in clear aligner therapy with Invisalign, and pioneers in digital dentistry through iTero and exocad, we are redefining the future of oral health. Our commitment to clinical excellence, cutting-edge 3D printing technology, and global reach positions us at the forefront of the dental industry.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Practice Development Manager  to drive growth and adoption of Align Technology's solutions-including Invisalign and iTero-across both General Practitioner (GP) and Orthodontic (Ortho) channels. This role is pivotal in enabling dental practices to digitize workflows, enhance patient engagement, and accelerate business performance through strategic collaboration, training, and execution excellence.

This position is located in Madrid or Amsterdam.
As Practice Development Manager, you will:
  • Design and implement cross-channel practice development initiatives that align with Align's strategic priorities.
  • Drive adoption of digital workflows and tools (e.g., iTero scanners, Smile Concierge) to support practice digitization and patient conversion.
  • Collaborate with local marketing and sales teams to deliver best-in-class customer service and premium treatment experiences.

  • Engage with dental labs, societies, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build influence and drive referrals, especially within the GP segment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Success) to ensure cohesive execution.
We're looking for a commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You are passionate about enabling practice growth and delivering measurable results.
You bring:
  • Bachelor, Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Dentistry, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and managing cross-channel initiatives.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

Impact:
This role will be instrumental in accelerating the digital transformation of dental practices across EMEA. The successful candidate will empower practitioners to deliver superior patient care, drive adoption of Align's innovative solutions, and strengthen Align's leadership in both the GP and Ortho channels.
