Brandt is currently looking for Manager of Program Development – Manufactured Products in our Regina location. This role is responsible for leadership in the development of internal / external finance programs for the Brandt Group’s line of manufactured products.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Planning

  • Lead / oversee the development of both internal and external finance programs for all manufactured product lines in conjunction with various Brandt sales executive.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to the Brandt Finance team into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  • Work with the Brandt Finance and sales teams to identify and develop strategic opportunities.

Operations

  • Assist in the achievement of sales and market share goals, as agreed, for the long-term success of Brandt Finance.
  • Gather and monitor competitive intelligence from the marketplace to ensure Brandt Finance is providing superior products.

Working Conditions

  • Work is primarily in an office environment based out of Regina with occasional travel across the Brandt North American footprint required.

What We Look For

  • Five plus years of direct equipment finance related experience in progressively senior management roles required.
  • Prior Brandt group experience would be considered an asset.
  • Post secondary degree in business / finance would be considered an asset.
  • A high level of written and oral communication skills are required.
