The Manager of Events supports Bridges from School to Work's fundraising success by managing the operational and logistical aspects of the organization's gala and fundraising events. Reporting to the Associate Director of Fundraising Events, this role focuses on detailed planning, coordination, and execution to ensure events run smoothly and create positive experiences for donors, sponsors, and guests.

The Manager of Events works closely with colleagues across the Development, Finance, and Administration teams, as well as with vendors and volunteers, to deliver well-organized and mission-aligned events.

Core Responsibilities:

Event Operations and Logistics
Manage detailed event timelines, task lists, and production schedules.
Draft run-of-show documents and day-of execution plans.
Coordinate registration, volunteers, staffing, and on-site logistics.

CRM and Data Tracking
Maintain accurate Salesforce records for sponsorships, guests, RSVPs, pledges, and payments.
Support reporting and data needs for Development and Finance teams.

Sponsorship Fulfillment
Implement sponsorship benefits and recognition across event materials.
Track fulfillment to ensure commitments are met accurately and on time.

Marketing and Communications Support
Coordinate logistics for invitations, save-the-dates, event websites, and printed materials.
Support sponsor recognition and event signage.

Vendor and Partner Coordination
Serve as a key contact for vendors and suppliers.
Track deliverables and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate load-in, load-out, and event-day logistics.

Education and Experience:
