Job description

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Operations.  The focus of the role is integrating activities across the growth functions and coordinating with business units to increase the efficiency of operations, implement strategy to achieve operational results, and enable the success of Peraton's Cyber & Intelligence Sector.

What You Will Do:

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support a variety of growth operation activities to include planning all logistics and reporting tasks associated with critical BD reviews (opportunity reviews, pipeline reviews, etc.)
  • Assist the BD and capture staff in maintaining Sector pipeline hygiene (via Salesforce)
  • Support management of CE/B&P budgets by assisting with planning, monitoring, and reporting on budget execution
  • Support responses to Corporate data calls, to include gathering data, coordinating content, and generating reports for review and approval
  • Maintain the growth-focus SharePoint site, and other growth-related systems support activities.
  • Support initiatives to integrate AI into growth activities
Qualifications
  • Muat have 12+ years of relevant experience in growth operations. 
  • The ability to exercise good judgment, diplomacy and discretion when interfacing with internal and external customers of all levels will be required.
  • Be a self-starter with a proven track record of solving complex issues and exhibiting good judgment while handling sensitive information.
  • Be proactive, flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic environment with changing needs and priorities.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail, possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Effectively prioritize efforts and activities to align with strategic organizational outcomes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite utilities including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate issues, concerns, risks, and problems in a solution-oriented manner
  • Experience applying AI Tool Capabilities (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) in execution of growth activities
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and pursuit activities
  • Must reside in the greater Washington DC metro area.  This position is a hybrid position based out of our Reston, VA or Annapolis Junction, MD office with the ability to telecommute. 
  • Must have a minimum of a current secret clearance.

Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
