About the Role
As a Manager of Group Homes, you'll be the key leader in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, with varying levels of physical support needs, in a residential home setting. You'll build and lead a compassionate, mission driven team by hiring, training, and mentoring like-minded staff who share your passion for helping people live safe, fulfilling, and meaningful lives.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of daily operations, foster a positive home culture, and build trusting relationships that encourage independence, personal choice, and dignity. Your responsibilities may include:
  • Ensuring that individualized support and behavior plans are implemented properly

What We're Looking For
We're seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who see themselves as leaders and have a contagious passion for assisting others.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two years related progressive experience and/or training.
  • Two years of progressive experience working with people who have a developmental disability. One year must include supervisory responsibilities.
  • Any other variation of education/experience will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Pay
  • $20.98 - $21.54 per hour

Schedule
  • Sunday - Thursday 8:00a - 4:00pm
    • Flexibility Required; Must be available to be on-call
