Technology Partnerships Operations Specialist

The Opportunity:

Join Booz Allen as a Technology Partnerships Lead and help shape meaningful collaborations with Mission Technology providers and Enterprise Technology partners in AI and Cyber.

As a Technology Partnerships Operations Specialist, you will contribute to the success of partnership programs by blending operational excellence with strategic support. You will coordinate projects, track and report on progress, and help manage communications while also supporting the development and execution of partnership strategies. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to facilitate technical integrations, participating in the design and rollout of joint initiatives, and driving partnership outcomes. This role offers the chance to deepen your experience in both operations and strategic partnership management, driving growth for yourself and the organization.

You will be engaged in both tactical and strategic tasks that contribute to revenue generation and improved joint offerings, supporting training and enablement programs, and aligning teams around partnership objectives.

You Have:

  • 4+ years experience in operations, project coordination, or partnership support

  • Experience in technology or business environments, including partnership or cross-functional team projects

  • Experience working in the Defense or National Security Technology market with technologies including AI, Autonomy, Cloud, Cyber, or Edge C2

  • Knowledge of federal procurement or business processes

  • Knowledge of market analysis, business strategy, solution marketing, partnering, alliance relationships, or channel development

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to new processes, and apply critical thinking to operational and strategic challenges

  • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or partnership support in lieu of degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
