Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Manage all aspects of slot operations, including new game rollout, maintenance, performance, and overall appearance
  • Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
  • Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
  • Communicate and work closely with the Director, vendors, suppliers, and team members to execute large-scale slot projects, such as machine moves, equipment installations, and equipment upgrades
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and provide a complete ROI analysis when recommending new slot purchases or upgrades
  • Remain current with the latest slot industry developments and trends
  • Monitor team performance as needed based on competition, property goals, and end-user feedback
  • Represent the department at all official functions and company events, including committee and staff meetings
  • Develop and maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and friendly work environment
  • Oversee the overall integrity of slot games
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation
  • Target Salary: $80,000

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move or push equipment weighing up to 500 pounds.
