Data runs on STACK.Director, Capital MarketsTHE POSITION:The Director of Capital Markets will be an integral part of the finance function and report directly to the SVP of Treasury. The Capital Markets team is first and foremost responsible for ensuring STACK has the funding it needs to execute rapid growth in a capital-intensive industry. The Capital Markets team is critical for structuring debt financing, liability management, compliance, and management reporting. This role will have significant cross-functional interaction with finance, strategy, development and construction teams to secure funding for STACKโ€™s data center construction. This role will also have significant interaction and partnership with Blue Owl (our private equity sponsor). The Director of Capital Markets will be a crucial point of contact and liaison to STACKโ€™s financing partners and the broader investor community.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Treasurer and partner with Blue Owl on all financing activities, including, but not limited to,Be a strategic partner to the Treasurer in formulating and managing STACKโ€™s capital markets strategyContinuously improving process and governance around the capital markets functionMeet with banks, investors and rating agencies in support of STACKโ€™s financing objectivesPreparation of information memorandums and other investor presentationsPrepare materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors regarding STACKโ€™s capital markets initiativesManaging all workstreams related to financial structuring and closing, ensuring timelines are metNegotiating financing documentation and providing structural recommendations for improving STACKโ€™s financing termsProvide capital markets coverage for STACK financial forecasting and management reportingManaging lender due diligence and KYCManage data related to deal activityWork with the accounting and finance organizations to facilitate timely financial and covenant compliance reporting to lendersTHE DETAILS:Location: Denver, COTravel: Occasional travel for conferences or investor meetings may be requiredMust be eligible to work in the United StatesMust pass a comprehensive background screening.MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelorโ€™s degree, preferably in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline7+ years of experience in debt capital marketsExperience with construction loans, syndicated credit facilities, project finance, and/or asset-backed securitizationAbility to multi-task, with strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to understand and follow clear directions and meet specific deadlines with reporting, communication, and project schedules.An inquisitive mind, natural curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset will be critical for success in this roleCompensation Range:$171,190.00 - $189,846.00THIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:You are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.You do not get flustered easily.
