We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new business development efforts throughout Ontario, with a primary focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences customers.


This is a high-impact hunter role for a sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and winning new business.


What You'll Do


  • Identify, target, and win new pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and life science customers
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, referrals, trade shows, and industry events
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers in: Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Clinical Trials, Packaging Engineering, Procuremen.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and present Cryopak's cold chain packaging and digital monitoring solutions
  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and customer success teams to develop customized customer solutions
  • Maintain opportunities and account activities within CRM
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities
  • Meet and exceed annual sales and revenue targets
