We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Manager of Pricing Analytics to lead our pricing strategies, perform high-impact financial and market analytics, and drive profitability. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial modeling, data analytics, and commercial execution. The Manager of Pricing who will be responsible for the implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational pricing initiatives. Our Manager of Pricing will play a vital role in setting product pricing, discounts, and promotions to attract customers while maintaining profitability. The Pricing Manager will work closely with the Director of Pricing & Commercial Finance along with the Commercial, Sales, and Operational teams in formulating and implementing company-wide pricing strategies that will allow capturing market opportunities, achieve pricing differentiation, and optimize pricing structures that resonate with target customers. The resulting work supports revenue optimization, market positioning, and overall business success in a competitive pricing landscape.
Location: Tampa, FL with a minimum of 3 days in the office
Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end pricing strategies, structures, and promotional frameworks for existing and new offerings that enhance profitability.
  • Build robust financial models to evaluate elasticities, margin impact, volume tradeoffs, and customer lifetime value across segments.
  • Present actionable business insights and pricing recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Overseeing, mentoring and development of pricing team.
  • Evolving the Pricing function & processes by establishing best practices and KPIs
  • Develop and track core KPIs (e.g., Average Selling Price, Gross Margin, Price Realization) through automated dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Build analysis for determining pricing increases and upload pricing data in the system for executing pricing strategies
  • Partner directly with Sales, Operations and Finance to establish deal desk guidelines, approve custom pricing request.
  • Monitoring and reporting on pricing performance and competitiveness
  • Analyzing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
  • Assist in creating promotional campaigns, and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis
  • Collaborating with operations, sales, and finance teams on pricing decisions.
  • Benchmark competitor pricing, analyze market trends, and identify strategic revenue opportunities or margin leakage.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a pricing leadership role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process documentation
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including the following types of functions: index/match, sum/offset, indirect formulas, pivot tables, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of leveraging complex, large-scale data sets to drive business performance and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex quantitative data into clear executive summaries and stakeholder presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, are comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with other team members and demonstrate mentoring and coaching abilities
  • Preferred: recent experience in Finance, pricing, or related role.
  • Google Suites, Power Query, PowerPivot, SQL, experience a plus
