Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing tailored therapeutic modalities to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Regularly set, evaluate, and adjust therapeutic goals based on client progress and feedback.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges, creating an inclusive therapeutic experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse caseload of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, preference will be given to those with post-graduate clinical training in evidence-based practices, particularly in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. Experience in a community health setting or with diverse client populations will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
