  • Regularly set, evaluate, and adjust therapeutic goals based on client progress and feedback.
  • Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges, creating an inclusive therapeutic experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to remain knowledgeable about the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse caseload of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic alliances, fostering trust and openness that facilitate healing and growth. Qualifications
  • A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Preferred Experience

While we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, preference will be given to those with post-graduate clinical training in evidence-based practices, particularly in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. Experience in a community health setting or with diverse client populations will also be advantageous.
