Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Lead/Manager who can support and help manage a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment while also providing Level 1 and Level 2 local IT support. This individual will be responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, supporting end users, troubleshooting systems, coordinating escalations, and ensuring operational stability across multiple client environments and internal corporate systems. The ideal candidate has strong networking fundamentals, MSP experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work across infrastructure, desktop support, cloud technologies, and operational processes.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Network Engineering or Systems Administration.
2+ years of MSP experience.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
Experience supporting Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM processes.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Ubiquiti technologies.
Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
Familiarity with cloud environments including Azure or AWS.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Azure Administrator, or Fortinet NSE are preferred.
