In the role of Advanced Analytics Manager - Acquired Brands basedin Chicago, IL or Milwaukee WI, you will be a part of the Molson Coors Commercial Reporting & Analytics team. This role is responsible for developing analytics and insights that support the current and future acquired brands. Success will be measured by delivering integrated analytics that are centralized, insightful, and most importantly, actionable.
This position reports to the Director, Commercial Reporting & Analytics within the Strategies & Capabilities organization. This newly created position will work across our commercial, leadership and technology teams to support the reporting and analytics transformation for the newly acquired Monaco brands and any future purchases or integrations.
What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Lead the reporting & analytics activities for all acquired brands.
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, technology and strategy & capabilities teams to define reporting & analytics tools and processes that optimally augment the overall MCBC reporting & analytics strategy.
  • Lead the development and optimization of centralized, integrated reporting and analytics tools for acquired brands, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as retail execution, competitive benchmarking, etc.
  • Communicate acquisition performance across all levels of the organization and act as the key analytics liaison with senior leadership and integration teams.
  • Drive exception-based reporting and development of dashboards using advanced data visualization tools (preferably Power BI / Tableau), enabling actionable insights and ROI-focused decision-making across commercial and sales teams.
  • Lead the integration and interpretation of syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen) and internal datasets to inform strategic decisions and category growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a coach and technical advocate for the Reporting & Analytics team by fostering closer partnership with MCBC IT teams and identifying opportunities for technical standardization & optimization across the team.

Key Ingredients:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, mathematics, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally within CPG or beverage industries.
  • Proven expertise in developing enterprise-scale reporting and KPI frameworks using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SAP/Business Objects.
  • Strong experience working with large datasets and relational databases; advanced proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) and its application in sales and category strategy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
