This is a Fast-Paced Office Job Opportunity!

Location: Fairfield, CA
Full Time Position: 40 hours
Compensation: $30-$40 per hour
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Annual Bonus, PTO, Holiday Pay, Weekends Off.

Primary Job Duties:
- Ability to handle both Personal & Commercial Lines of business.
- Manage Existing Book of Business while offering other products.
- Quoting and rating Commercial, Home and Auto insurance requests.
- Handle high call volumes.
- Process service requests (i.e. Certificates, Endorsements, etc.) for clients
- Input client data into Data Management System
- Assist in claim management, cancellations and renewals
- Maintain excellent relationship with clients, insurance companies and MGA's
- Manage sensitive client data
- Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Computer proficiency mandatory
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 35-40 wpm
- High Volume Data entry skills
- Must have high attention to details
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Insurance Experience: Highly Preferred
P&C License: Highly Preferred  
Work Schedules: M-F, 8am to 5pm
