Job description

The law firm Maier Gutierrez & Associates is currently looking for a personal injury case manager. The ideal candidate will support multiple attorneys and provide outstanding service to our clients.
Responsibilities will include:
• Daily client contact and communication
• Liaison between clients, attorneys, insurance companies and medical providers
• Review policies, claims and other records to determine insurance coverage
• Manage medical treatment
• Record/file maintenance
• Assist attorneys in managing settlements and assist with the preparation of disbursements
Preferred knowledge:
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook
• Prior experience with case management software such as Smart Advocate or similar


Preferred skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work well independently as well as with a team
• Great attention to detail
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
Compensation is competitive and depends on experience.
