Job description

Are you passionate about strategy execution, project management, and working across functions in an international environment?

We’re looking for aManager Strategic Planning (m/f/d)to play a key role in shaping and driving our regional strategy across Central-East Europe.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Director and leadership teams totranslate strategy into action and measurable business impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze market data and business insights in close collaboration with the Business Strategy Team

• Develop and drive strategic initiatives to operationalize the regional strategy

• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and support leadership in deriving corrective actions

• Ensure transparency and strong cross-functional alignment across all strategic initiatives

• Support organizational change by applying effective change management approaches

• Coordinate strategic projects end-to-end (e.g. meeting setup, agendas, follow-ups, action tracking)

• Create and maintain structured project plans (timelines, resources, budgets)

• Oversee the regional project portfolio and collaborate with the PMO on risk management

• Prepare high-quality presentations and decision materials for senior leadership and board meetings

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g. in SAP) to track performance and progress

What You Bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field

• ~5 years of experience in project management or strategy-related roles (e.g. consulting, PMO, analytics)

• Strong ability to balancebig-picture thinking with hands-on execution

• Proven track record in driving initiatives and delivering results in complex environments

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data from multiple sources

• Excellent communication skills inGerman and English

• High level of ownership, structure, and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP, Smartsheet, or similar tools
