We are seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead our Sbarro restaurant operations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and knows how to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesRestaurant Operations
  • Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure speed, quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain Sbarro brand standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Drive sales performance, profitability, and labor management
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards are consistently met
  • Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and cost management
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Coach and motivate employees to achieve operational and customer service goals
