The Role
The Document Control Analyst - Pub Sec supports Public Sector program governance by maintaining audit-ready control of contractual deliverable documentation, coordinating approved revisions through formal review boards, and ensuring accurate, timely customer submissions in accordance with contract and program schedule requirements.
The Main Responsibilities

• Maintain the master library of all contractually required program deliverable documentation to support audit readiness and program governance.
• Manage the formal review process for controlled documentation changes from internal review through customer approval.
  • Engineering Review Board (ERB) internal review of all proposed changes
  • Configuration Control Board (CCB) formally present and obtain customer approval for all changes
  • Prepare and deliver all approved program documentation to the customer(s) as required by contract
• Implement and manage processes pertaining to document control as necessary to ensure deliverables are accurate and on schedule
• Assign tracking numbers to all program documentation and track revisions
• Log and track documents through review and delivery stages to provide recurring status visibility to program management and the customer.
• Participate in program planning and customer meetings when document control status, risks, or decisions are required.
• Serve as the central interface with internal groups, Lumen entities, customers, and vendors on matters related to controlled program documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Education or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous document control experience supporting government contracts
• Configuration Management certification
• Experience coordinating Engineering Review Board and Configuration Control Board documentation workflows

Security Requirements:

• US Citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI preferred
• Must maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information (applicants selected will be subject to a government security re-investigation)

Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$81,206 - $108,273 in these states: VA
