Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is hiring forย 2 Administrative Manager rolesย to lead operations in their LA offices (downtown & Century City). These high-impact positions will report directly to the Director of Business Operations and are ideal for professionals with a strongย law firm backgroundย .

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative operations for assigned local offices (LA, OC, and SD)

Directly manageย 7โ€“10 reportsย andย 25+ staffย in the LA region, including secretaries and department assistants

Provideย indirect oversightย of outsourced office services, reception, and facilities teams

Drive initiatives related toย recruiting, integration, professional development, and training for legal support teams

Coordinateย local events, community outreach, and assist withย budget monitoring

Collaborate across departments and interface with firmwide stakeholders

Travel to regional offices up toย once per month

Qualifications:

Law firm experience required

5 yearsโ€™ team managementย experience;ย 7+ yearsย of legal operations or administrative experienceย 

Bachelorโ€™s degree strongly preferred

Skills & Certifications:

Law firm experience required
5 yearsโ€™ team management experience; 7+ years of legal operations or administrative exp.
Proven ability to manage legal secretaries and professional support staff
Skilled in onboarding, coaching, and performance management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience managing operations budgets, events, and vendor relationships
Familiarity with legal support tools, facilities management, and document workflows
