Please visit www.rcmusic.com for more information. What is the Opportunity. The Marketing Manager, Learning Systems, will be a key member of the RCM's Learning Systems division as well as the Marketing and Communications team

The Learning Systems portfolio includes the RCM Certificate Program, Smart Start (RCM's early childhood education program offering), and RCM publications. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, this role will work closely with Learning Systems leadership, including Business Development, Product, and Data teams, to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs that drive product adoption and usage, increase sales revenue, and enhance awareness of RCM's portfolio of education products and offerings in domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will have experience supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to organizational and business goals.

They will bring strong project coordination skills, experience in product marketing execution, and the ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role requires a solid foundation across marketing and communications disciplines, with a focus on delivery and execution. Main Duties & Responsibilities Marketing Execution & Strategic Support In collaboration with the Senior Director, Marketing and the broader marketing team, support the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics aligned with Learning Systems business objectives to drive product adoption, increase sales revenue, and grow awareness of RCM's education portfolio.

Work with Learning Systems leadership to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans and campaign deliverables. Collaborate with colleagues across RCM's centralized marketing team to ensure alignment with brand strategy and guidelines, and to identify opportunities for cross-promotion and synergy across programs. Act as a collaborative partner to Business Development, Product, and Finance teams to ensure marketing activities support business priorities.

Monitor industry trends in music education, digital learning, consumer behaviour, and product marketing, contributing insights to inform campaign development. Product Marketing Support Support go-to-market planning and execution for key Learning Systems products and programs, including Smart Start, The RCM Certificate Program, Publications, Exams, and Digital Offerings. Work with Product Managers and Business Development team to develop clear messaging and value propositions for target audiences, including students, parents, teachers, and institutional partners.

Support the development and execution of retail and merchandising campaigns in collaboration with RCM's dealer and distributor network. Assist in the creation of sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, digital assets, and promotional materials. Content Development & Execution Work with subject matter experts across the Learning Systems portfolio to translate product value propositions into audience-specific content.

Develop and adapt marketing content across multiple channels, including sales collateral, presentations, social media, and web content. Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with broader campaign strategies. Performance Measurement & Reporting Support tracking and analysis of marketing campaign performance, using data and insights to help refine tactics and improve outcomes against KPIs.

Assist in marketing budget tracking and coordination for assigned initiatives and product lines. Perform other related duties as required.What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, publishing, or digital learning sectors. Salary Range $60,000 - $62,000 per annum Additional Information This role has one (1) direct report: Marketing Coordinator, Learning Systems Hybrid work arrangement, being on site at minimum 2 days a week, inclusive of RCM's all staff Community Days. Office environment with occasional requirements to work outside of regular office hours.

Up to 15% of travel may be needed for this role to occasionally support conferences, events, dealer relationships, and other partnerships. Extended periods of sitting and computer use. This role is a current vacancy.
