ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2020 after spending three and a half years as a State Farm team member. Agency ownership appealed to me because it combines a higher purpose of helping people with the opportunity to set goals, measure progress, and continually improve.
Giving back is important to us. We periodically partner with a local nonprofit that helps families in our community access basic necessities and support during times of need.
Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA retirement plan, paid time off beginning from the start of employment, paid major federal holidays, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also invest heavily in training and development programs to give our team the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
Our office is fun, growth-minded, and always willing to try new things. We even believe conversations about insurance can be enjoyable! I'm looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, is adaptable, learns quickly, and wants to continue growing.
