Program Overview
The Human ResourcesLeadership Development Program (HRLDP) is designed to develop the nextgeneration of HR leaders through immersive experiences, strategic projects, andmeaningful business partnerships. This two-year rotational program providesrecent graduates with the opportunity to build expertise across key HumanResources functions while gaining a deep understanding of how talent, culture,and organizational effectiveness drive business success. Through a series ofrotational assignments, participants will partner with leaders across theorganization, contribute to high-impact initiatives, and tackle real-worldbusiness challenges that influence the employee experience and strengthenorganizational performance. Supported by mentorship from experienced HRprofessionals, leadership exposure, and ongoing professional developmentopportunities, participants will develop the skills, business acumen, andstrategic mindset needed to accelerate their careers and make a lasting impactat Kohler.

Program Structure & Experiences

ย Kohler'sLeadership Development Programs are designed as two-year, full-time rotationalexperiences that provide broad exposure to the business while acceleratingleadership readiness. Participants complete 3-4 cross-functional rotations,each lasting 6-8 months, where they contribute to impactful work aligned tobusiness priorities.
Beyondon-the-job experience, participants engage in a structured, enterprise-widedevelopment journey that includes:


  • A week-long immersive onboarding experience with their cross-functional cohort
  • Intentional semi-annual seminars and quarterly learning sessions throughout the program
