About the Role
As our Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you'll own the programs, systems, and execution that help our team members learn, grow, and deliver excellent care.
You'll build and run the operational infrastructure behind our training programs and partner closely with our Head of L&D. Your job is to take well-scoped programs and own them end-to-end: design, build, deliver, iterate.
This is a high-ownership, high-execution role. You're energized by building things that work, solving problems before they're handed to you, and seeing people succeed because of systems you put in place.
Compensation
Compensation: $105,000 annually with a generous performance bonus.

Location: Tampa Bay Area, FL (hybrid role with several days per week working on-site in clinics)
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Training Delivery
    • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires across the organization
    • Support hiring managers so every new hire feels prepared before their first day
    • Keep onboarding documentation organized and current in our systems (Notion)
    • Improve the program over time: lead the discovery, build, and delivery of new sessions as Greenbrook Medical evolves
    • Support our clinic-based Training & Enablement Leads in role specific learning experiences

Program Design & Curriculum Development
    • Own the design and delivery of core L&D programs
    • Iterate and facilitate train-the-trainer programs for clinic-based Training & Enablement Leads
    • Build video libraries, SOPs, and job aids in Notion so knowledge sharing is easy to use across the organization
    • Grow our training library; including building and improving programs like customer service training that reflect who we are and how we work

Knowledge Management & People Enablement
    • Keep people team resources well-organized and easy to find in Notion
    • Make data-informed recommendations for how to use knowledge management to help our teams do their jobs better
    • Support the setup and rollout of development plans in Lattice; track completion and partner with our HRBP on delivery

Data and Continuous Improvement
    • Partner with our HRBP to use data to inform and prioritize programs and learning experiences.
    • Use data to make the case for what to build, change, or stop
    • Support setup and ongoing management of Lattice, including development plans, 1:1 tracking, and performance cycle logistics
    • Partner to identify and build out our learning management system

What Success Looks Like
  • โ‰ฅ90% of new hires complete 90 day milestones on time (New hire onboarding completion rates and milestone sign-offs)
  • โ‰ฅ80% of staff with an active, reviewed development plan in Lattice Grow following their first review cycle (Lattice engagement for growth and enablement initiatives)
  • โ‰ฅ90% of managers holding bi-weekly 1:1s, tracked in Lattice
  • Training programs delivered, evaluated, and continuously improved using data-driven insights and program-specific success measures (e.g., surveys, performance outcomes, manager feedback, and other relevant metrics).

About You
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, building programs, or adult learning
    • Experience owning L&D operations in a fast-growing organization, including managing learning systems, documentation, stakeholder partnerships, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Instructional Design / Adult Learning and performance certificate a plus
  • Skills:
    • Strong facilitation skills: comfortable leading sessions without a script
    • Instructional design fluency: you know how adults learn and you design accordingly
    • Data-literate: you use metrics to inform progress and make decisions
    • Tool enthusiast: Notion, Lattice, or similar tools come naturally to you
    • Self-starter with ownership mindset: able to independently identify needs, move work forward, and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment without heavy direction
    • Operational focus: You have an eye for managing the details of building and delivering learning programs, and know how to set up systems to support it
    • You manage up well: you keep stakeholders informed, flag issues early, and can articulate what you need to be successful
  • Not required, but a plus: Experience working in a service-oriented or healthcare environment.
