1st Shift
Monday-Thursday 6AM-3:30PM Friday 6-10AM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, as well as applying large decals, graphics, and labels to finished products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions and blueprints.
  • Apply large vinyl decals, graphics, wraps, and labels to products with precision and accuracy.
  • Measure, align, and position decals to ensure proper placement and professional appearance.
  • Inspect assembled products and decal applications for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and application tools safely and effectively.
  • Prepare surfaces for decal installation by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion conditions.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Assist with packaging, shipping preparation, and other production tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, including understanding verbal instructions, reading work orders and assembly documents, and communicating with supervisors and team members regarding production and quality requirements.
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, sign installation, graphics application, or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience applying large decals, vinyl graphics, or wraps is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
