Sales Development Representative (Hybrid)

Procore is looking for an inspiring and accomplished Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of the highest-performing sales teams in the software industry. Our Sales Development team is an essential component of our sales model and has fueled our incredible growth for the past several years.

As an SDR, you'll develop a deep understanding of the construction industry and Procore's product to help transform one of the world's largest industries. This is a hybrid position reporting directly to the Manager of Sales Development. To support your onboarding and integration, this role requires you to be in-office 4 days a week for the first 3 months. Following this initial period, the schedule transitions to a standard hybrid model of 3 days a week in-office. Available office locations include: Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; or Carpinteria, CA.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate Pipeline: Create new business opportunities to fuel Procore's growth.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with an Account Executive to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month.
  • Outbound Engagement: Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and social channels to understand their challenges and position Procore's value.
  • Daily Execution: Conduct daily high-volume outreach, pre-call research/planning, lead nurturing, and meticulous Salesforce record-keeping.
  • Strategy & Innovation: Work with sales management to develop targeted lists and messaging strategies. You will have the autonomy to help improve our team processes, training, and technology.

The Procore SDR Academy Track:

Depending on staffing requirements, SDRs may start in our Academy team before transitioning into an assigned territory. During Academy, you will:

  • Learn the role by calling into dedicated accounts.
  • Prioritize learning, development, and progress quickly through our Procore certification process.
  • Shadow sales teams across Procore and master our core systems and processes to ensure immediate impact upon territory assignment.

Compensation:

Austin, TX & Carpinteria, CA: $28.00/hour | On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $83,200

Tampa, FL: $25.00/hour | On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $74,285.71
