  • Work in close coordination with internal departments to review, validate, and create training materials that is in line with Rincon Consultants best practices for the identified curricula.

  • Support the team in maintaining accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS), (minimal, role would be back up to primary).

  • Additional assignments as needed to support training-related initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience creating learning pathways or curriculum programs that span multiple learning modalities and support skill development over time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in adult learning, communications, organizational development, human resources, or a similar field.

  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing live in-person, live virtual, and blended learning solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing professional skills curricula, including areas such as project management, leadership development, coaching, consulting skills, communication, customer service, or similar business-focused training programs.

  • Advanced knowledge and detailed understanding of training theories, methodologies, and techniques.

  • Proficient in Learning & Development industry trends, using market analysis to gain additional insights to “innovation” within our learning strategies.
