About the Job
 

 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reservations Assistant Manager to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.

  • The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensure the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives. 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies. 

  • Supervise and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings. 

  • Identify and escalate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution. 

  • Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution. 

  • Keep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency. 

About You  
 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Hold a A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel management from an accredited and renowned University. 

  • Have 3 - 4 years of experience as Reservations Assistant Manager or similar role in hospitality. 

  • Have qualification in Revenue Management(Desirable).

  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of PMS Systems.

  • Show Leadership and attention to details skills.
