Learning and Development Manager
Are you passionate about developing people and creating impactful learning experiences? We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead training initiatives, support employee growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning for a trusted client of ours. This role is fully onsite in Nashville.
Salary goes up to $80,000 + bonus
Key Responsibilities of the Learning and Development Manager:
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Lead new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Partner with leaders to identify training needs and learning opportunities.
  • Support leadership development, mentorship, and career growth initiatives.
  • Track training participation, effectiveness, and employee feedback.
  • Recommend and implement innovative learning solutions and best practices.

Qualifications of the Learning and Development Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
