We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) to join our dynamic L&OD Center of Excellence (CoE). This role partners closely with leaders and teams across the organization to drive leadership effectiveness, team performance, and employee development through impactful learning programs, workshops, and talent initiatives. As a hands-on L&OD practitioner, you will blend internal consulting, facilitation, and program leadership while supporting enterprise-wide leadership, performance management, and professional development initiatives for more than 11,000 employees.
Job Description
  • Serve as an OD resource working with our business units to consult on team effectiveness challenges, facilitate workshops and offsites, and support talent planning
  • Develop content/materials and co-facilitate team engagements for intact teams
  • Lead and/or manage internal learning and leadership programs; responsible for strategy development, content creation, program management, and delivery
  • Drive strategic initiatives at the local level in partnership with L&OD leadership team
  • Manage relationships with vendors for the development and/or delivery of learning services, as needed
  • Identify potential new partners, initiatives, and activities and make recommendations in support of an expanding L&OD's presence and influence in the Central Valley
  • Partner with members of the L&OD team on cross-functional initiatives and projects

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven success in creating and delivering learning and professional development trainings and presentations, virtual and in-person, to audiences of 10 to 100 participants
  • Comfortable drafting presentations and documents in Spanish and delivering workshops in Spanish
  • Experience in presenting and partnering with department leaders to execute trainings that align to the Company mission and values including performance management, manager training, supervisor training, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trust and influence across the enterprise
  • Work autonomously in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed, can make progress with limited information or direction and can be agile and flexible
  • Experience creating high-quality, high-visibility deliverables for senior leadership audiences
  • Knowledge and usage of personality and organizational assessment tools such as DISC, 360 assessments, etc.
  • Expert understanding and usage of MS Office tools, specifically PowerPoint design and content flow
  • Master's in organizational development or related field, preferred not required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to different central valley locations or Los Angeles HQ offices

Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
