Job Overview: Pay Range: $16.56hr - $21.56hr Requirement/Must Have: Minimum of 5+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, or adult learning programs. Demonstrated experience designing and developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills. Experience facilitating discussions related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and other sensitive workplace topics. Experience delivering management and leadership development programs. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage employees at all organizational levels. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Responsibilities: Facilitate instructor-led training programs in both in-person and virtual environments using established curricula and learning materials. Facilitate learning experiences focused on leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, change management, conflict resolution, performance management, and inclusive workplace practices. Foster an engaging, psychologically safe learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Skillfully manage group dynamics and respond thoughtfully to challenging questions and sensitive discussions. Design and develop learner-centered training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, and supporting resources. Apply adult learning principles and established instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate technical accuracy, and develop relevant instructional materials. Evaluate participant feedback and learning metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide observations and recommendations to program leaders regarding participant engagement and training effectiveness. Maintain accurate attendance, evaluation, and training records. Nice to Have: Experience coaching, consulting with, or supporting leaders at all organizational levels to strengthen leadership effectiveness. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and learning analytics. Experience evaluating learning outcomes and using data to improve training programs.
