Job Description

The Treasury Management Project Manager plays a critical role in onboarding Payables products for new and existing clients as part of our Strategic Solutions group. This position ensures smooth and timely implementation by managing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and proactively addressing issues. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and organizer who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

- Lead onboarding of Treasury Management payables products for clients.

- Facilitate weekly status calls with clients and internal/external stakeholders.

- Create, manage, and update project plans, agendas, and meeting minutes.

- Coordinate across internal departments, external clients, and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.

- Escalate potential obstacles and communicate project status clearly and effectively.

- Champion project management best practices to drive efficient onboarding experiences.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience

- Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, customer use cases, and the assigned business line or functional area.

- Advanced project management skills with demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and third-party partners.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
