ob Description: Loan IQ Specialist - Finance Implementation
BizTek People is seeking a hands-on Loan IQ Specialist with a background in accounting to support the implementation of Loan IQ and related project deliverables. This role is part of a Finance Change group and focuses on Finance-related aspects of the implementation. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Control, Accounting, Treasury, IT, Project Management, and Operations.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in implementing best practices, streamlining workflows, and supporting the execution of a Finance Target Operating Model. Responsibilities include end-to-end testing, ensuring strong controls, and defining business requirements related to Loan IQ data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance implementation of Loan IQ
  • Draft Business Requirements Documentation
  • Execute a wide range of transactions in Loan IQ
  • Assist in defining the Target Operating Model
  • Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Program Management, and Operations on key deliverables
  • Create and validate test cases; assist Finance stakeholders in test execution
  • Identify and raise project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide production release support

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of overall Finance/Accounting experience
  • 5-7 years of hands-on Loan IQ experience, preferably with implementation exposure
  • Strong understanding of Loan IQ data elements and reporting requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze current workflows and suggest improvements
  • Experience in system testing and supporting production releases
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required
