This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Lead and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each case receives the attention and strategy it deserves.
โ€ข Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop innovative legal strategies that align with client goals.
โ€ข Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations.
โ€ข Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.
โ€ข Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating passionately for their interests.
โ€ข Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications
โ€ข Experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense, with a minimum of three years in the field.
โ€ข Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care.
โ€ข Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
โ€ข Excellent communication skills to maintain open and effective dialogue with clients throughout the litigation process.
โ€ข Ability to represent clients confidently in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
โ€ข Expertise in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
โ€ข Proven track record of collaborating effectively with partners and fellow attorneys to develop innovative legal strategies.
โ€ข Any other languages (Preferred).
License/Certification:
โ€ข Bar (Required).
