Position Overview

Johnson Health Tech, a leading global fitness company, is seeking a globally minded marketing professional to help drive brand consistency, product launch execution and marketing operations across 60+ international markets. This high-visibility role partners cross-functionally with product, design, sales and regional marketing teams to scale global initiatives, improve marketing processes and support world-class brand experiences around the world. This role offers strong visibility across the global organization and opportunities for long-term growth within international marketing and product training operations.


Responsibilities

Product Launch & Sales Enablement

Partner with cross-functional teams to support global product launch execution and ensure alignment across international marketing teams

Manage and continuously improve global facility planning and sales enablement tools, collaborating with product management and industrial design teams to maintain accurate and impactful content

Drive adoption and optimization of global sales support resources, including the Matrix Experience App, product and brand awards documentation, sponsorship presentations and showcase grant initiatives

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency and develop scalable marketing processes and SOPs


Global Communications & Digital

Support global brand consistency by auditing and maintaining brand websites across subsidiaries and distributor markets

Maintain and optimize content across the JHT Corporate websites

Lead the management and promotion of international showcase installations and testimonials, including content collection, organization, publication and invoicing

Develop and execute global newsletter communications, partnering with subsidiaries to curate content, monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve performance

Monitor regional marketing activity and scale successful initiatives globally

Maintain and optimize content organization across global file-sharing and resource platforms


Customer Experience (Visits)

Coordinate high-impact customer and subsidiary visit experiences at JHTNA/Global Marketing headquarters, partnering with leadership, product teams and regional stakeholders to deliver engaging and well-executed agendas

Support planning and execution of factory tours, showcase visits, presentations and cross-functional meetings for international partners and customers


Additional Responsibilities

Support execution of global marketing meetings, webinars and key industry tradeshows

Maintain and enhance corporate presentation materials and marketing contact resources

Support product training initiatives, including competitive positioning materials and event coordination

Assist with market research, surveys and reporting initiatives

Track project budgets, invoices and vendor coordination to ensure efficient resource management

Contribute to additional global marketing initiatives as needed

Experience:

3-5 years of experience supporting marketing initiatives and product launches in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines

Experience collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, product, sales and/or creative teams

Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

Experience working with international teams, distributors or multi-region organizations preferred


Other Requirements:

Experience using AI and automation tools to improve workflows, content creation and overall efficiency is a plus 

Microsoft Office proficiency required; experience with Canva, CMS and project management platforms preferred

Occasional domestic and international travel required

Valid driver's license and passport required (passport may be obtained after offer acceptance)

Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, evolving environments

Exceptional communication skills, both on paper and in person

Knowledge of the fitness industry is preferred

Knowledge of a foreign language is helpful but not required
