THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Vice President, Investor Relations, you will be responsible for driving a proactive program of investor relations activities targeting the financial communities globally and effectively communicating our strategy and long term vision. Such activities include, but are not limited to, developing the Company’s relationships with sell-side and buy-side investment analysts and investors, educating internal stakeholders, and securing external coverage for the Company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Operate as both a strategic communicator and a rigorous business analyst, leveraging detailed modeling and deep operational understanding to anticipate investor focus areas, interpret performance drivers, and communicate the Company’s story with credibility and precision.

  • Serve as one of the primary company spokesperson at investment conferences, panels, group settings and individual meetings in order to establish and maintain effective working relationships with sell-side analysts, buy-side analysts, portfolio managers, and retail investors.

  • Oversee quarterly earnings calls (including monitoring consensus models/estimates, high level messaging, script writing/editing, earnings release, potential Q&A, etc.).

  • Collaborate with appropriate constituents to better learn the business in order to create the company’s external value-driver based investment messages and ensuring that all company communications are integrated, clear and consistent.

  • Schedule, prepare, and participate in sell-side conferences, non-deal roadshows (US, Canada, Europe), in-house meetings, and analyst days.

  • Help prepare for and participate in ESG focused investor calls, Annual Shareholder Meeting, and other one-off projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred

  • CFA preferred

  • Good communication skills, strategic thinker, results oriented

  • Prior experience in Corporate, Sell-side and/or Buy-side Investor Relations

  • Persuades, influences or leads others on complex issues of strategic importance to the job area or department

  • Defines and negotiates major issues, business plans, and other strategic matters with management and executive leadership; has impact on departmental and corporate vision/strategy

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $300-350,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
