Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect - Azure AI to lead the design, governance, and evolution of scalable enterprise AI platform ecosystems supporting enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise AI Platform Architecture
  • Design and govern enterprise-scale AI Landing Zone architectures on Microsoft Azure.
  • Architect secure, scalable, cloud-native AI platforms leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and related Azure AI services.
  • Establish enterprise architecture standards, reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and governance models for AI adoption.
Generative AI & Intelligent Platform Engineering
  • Lead the architecture of GenAI, RAG, agentic AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Design scalable AI orchestration and enterprise AI integration patterns.
  • Define enterprise AI operational models, observability, and AI lifecycle management standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on AI implementation strategies and platform scalability.
Security, Compliance & Responsible AI
  • Ensure AI platforms comply with enterprise security, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory standards.
  • Implement governance frameworks supporting Responsible AI, explainability, fairness, and observability.
  • Architect secure identity, SSO, RBAC, and enterprise access-control models.
Enterprise Integrations & Data Architecture
  • Design integration architectures across enterprise systems including:

  • Establish CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, retraining strategies, and deployment automation.

Technical Leadership & Consulting
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
  • Lead architecture reviews, solution governance, technical risk assessments, and modernization roadmaps.
  • Mentor architects, engineers, and development teams across enterprise AI initiatives.
  • Support pre-sales, client workshops, architecture strategy sessions, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or cloud architecture roles.

  • Proven experience implementing scalable cloud-native architectures and enterprise integration solutions.
  • Experience leading AI modernization, cloud transformation, or intelligent automation programs in enterprise environments.
