We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled Automation Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, engineered solutions to our customers worldwide. In this role you will be responsible for quoting, design, help resolve any problems or issues and coordinate all automation projects in the company as well as manage the automation department. ย 


Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities, goal setting, performance management, and development of the team
  • Quote/Design new automation
  • Project Manager for Automation build projects.ย 
  • Is involved in all new Engineering Automation projects to determine and recommend all sensing and automation needs.
  • Interfaces with outside venders and automation suppliers to get quotes and manage outside purchases of automation equipment.ย 
  • Research and purchase any new systems, equipment, hardware, software, components, etc.
  • Hands on programming, wiring, troubleshooting, building, integrating, etc.
  • Mentor team members and provide support for their career development goals

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in Engineering requiredย 
  • At least 5 years of experience in automation; design experience required. Management experience preferredย 
  • Working knowledge of:

Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000ย 

The base salary for this role will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
