The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $114,000.00to $142,450.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:

The Manager, Marketing Data & Automation will support Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Marketing Insights by transforming data into scalable, actionable reporting and insights. This role will lead the development and enhancement of automated reporting and visualization solutions in Power BI, including post-event analysis, shopper journey and basket insights, and fiscal-year planning tools. The Manager will also support AI data-readiness and contextualization initiatives for the datasets that serve Marketing teams. This role reports to the Director, Data Automation and can be based in our New York City or Chicago office.

What you'll do:

Marketing Data & Insights

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for key brand KPIs, marketing metrics, market research, and consumer and shopper insights datasets.
  • Translate business questions into meaningful reporting and analysis that help Marketing teams better understand brand and commercial performance.
  • Support post-event analysis, shopper journey, basket insights, and other recurring Marketing analytics needs.

Data Visualization & Reporting Automation

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions supporting Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Marketing Insights.
  • Build scalable and user-friendly reporting tools that improve access to timely, consistent, and actionable information.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting and improve efficiency through automation.

Data Integration & Readiness

  • Support the ingestion, integration, and automation of new Marketing and Insights data sources.
  • Partner with internal teams to improve the structure, usability, and connectivity of Marketing datasets.
  • Support AI data-readiness and contextualization initiatives to ensure Marketing data can be effectively leveraged by emerging analytics and AI solutions.

Planning & Business Support

  • Support the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of fiscal-year planning packets and related reporting tools.
  • Partner with Marketing and Finance stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions support planning and business decision-making needs.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve how data is incorporated into recurring planning and performance-management processes.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Build strong partnerships across Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Marketing Insights, Finance, and Data Automation.
  • Gather business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into practical data and reporting solutions.
  • Communicate insights and technical concepts clearly to both analytical and non-technical audiences.

Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate existing reporting, datasets, and processes to identify opportunities for greater consistency, automation, and scalability.
  • Apply data visualization and business intelligence best practices to improve reporting quality and usability.
  • Stay current on emerging capabilities in business intelligence, automation, and AI that may enhance Marketing analytics.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, financial analysis, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and automated reporting solutions, with Power BI strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with marketing, commercial, consumer, shopper, or financial datasets and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into practical data and reporting solutions.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Finance, Insights, and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience within the adult beverage industry and familiarity with the U.S. three-tier distribution system strongly preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field is a plus.
