Role: Account Manager - Insurance
Locations: Columbus, Ohio
Additional location:- Florida & Phoenix

Exavalu is looking for a dynamic Account Manager with strong Insurance domain experience to manage and grow strategic client relationships across Ohio, Florida, and Phoenix regions. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Insurance technology landscape, enjoys working closely with customers, and can effectively drive account growth while ensuring high client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing client relationships within Insurance programs, coordinating with delivery teams, and identifying new opportunities across digital transformation, Guidewire, cloud, integration, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Insurance clients and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
  • Understand client goals and align Exavalu solutions to support business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services as per client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, new business, and strategic growth.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, recruitment, sales, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track account health, customer satisfaction, and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare regular account updates, status reports, and executive presentations.
  • Resolve client concerns proactively and maintain strong engagement levels.
  • Support resource planning, account forecasting, and operational coordination.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Customer Relationship Management roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Insurance domain (P&C, Commercial, or Life Insurance preferred).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to Guidewire, Duck Creek, InsuranceNow, or Insurance digital transformation programs.
  • Experience working within IT services, consulting, staffing, or managed services environments.
  • Understanding of cloud, integration, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Ability to support onsite-offshore coordination and client delivery management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior Insurance industry or Insurance technology experience is highly preferred.
