Job description

E-Logic Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Milwaukee Transport Services (MTS) by managing an IT Staffing Services contract. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between E-Logic and the client, ensuring successful execution of staffing requirements, contract compliance, effective communication, and delivery of qualified IT professionals.

The ideal candidate has experience managing staffing or recruiting programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between E-Logic Inc. and Milwaukee Transport Services.
  • Oversee day-to-day contract performance and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities and support the successful delivery of IT staffing requests.
  • Monitor project schedules, staffing progress, and recruiting metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and client stakeholders.
  • Track open requisitions and provide regular status updates and reports.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure all candidate submissions meet contract requirements and quality standards.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Support continuous process improvements and recommend best practices to enhance recruiting operations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience supporting staffing, recruiting, IT services, or professional services contracts.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting government, public-sector, or transportation clients.
  • Experience managing IT staffing or technical recruiting programs.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting workflows.
