SR. MANAGER OF INCENTIVES
GENERAL SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of Incentives plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional incentive travel experiences that surpass participant and client expectations. Reporting to the Incentive Leader, you will collaborate closely with the senior global travel team to research destinations, analyze global travel trends, manage reporting and travel documentation and execute innovative incentive programs. This position involves overseeing multiple concurrent projects, engaging directly with clients and providing onsite support for domestic and international events.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Develop comprehensive client and incentive timelines.
  • Maintain and report on timelines, action items and project progress.
  • Conduct thorough research on destinations, activities and global travel trends.
  • Create compelling, cutting-edge presentations for clients.
  • Identify, research and engage potential suppliers to support events.
  • Gather estimates and own budget planning and development.
  • Ensure flawless handling of VIP travel arrangements.
  • Deliver onsite support for events in domestic and international venues.
  • Manage special events, such as dinners and special board meetings.
  • Manage Destination Management Company (DMC) and supplier participation.
  • Create and manage event registration, websites and event apps.
  • Accurately maintain program-related data, records and information to include rooming lists, pre/post event requests, activities, print management, on-site staffing and logistics documents.
  • Proactively problem-solve issues before, during, and after events.
  • Track budgets and actual expenses to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports and collaborate with the Accounting Department to generate invoices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • CMP strongly preferred.
  • International incentive travel experience.
  • Luxury hotel experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in meeting management and incentive trip planning/execution.
  • Strong communication and networking skills, with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
  • Proficiency in project management and leadership.
  • Proficient at using SharePoint, Outlook and Microsoft systems such as Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with Cvent event management software.
  • Knowledge of destinations, hotels, and venues globally.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Calm, flexible approach to handling stress and adapting to changing demands.
  • Ability to provide strategic oversight and guidance for event strategies, including high-level awareness of event scale and scope.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset, with creative problem-solving and innovative ideas for client events.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment with frequent collaboration.
  • Strategic decision-making capabilities.
