Job description

We are seeking a Microsoft Entra ID Engineer with expertise in identity and access management, Azure cloud technologies, authentication, privileged identity management, and identity governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering Microsoft Entra ID, securing enterprise identities, supporting hybrid identity environments, and providing L2/L3 operational support.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID tenants, users, groups, and administrative roles.
  • Configure and support MFA, Passwordless Authentication, FIDO2, Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), and Conditional Access policies.
  • Manage Identity Governance features, including Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and Lifecycle Workflows.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for SaaS and enterprise applications.
  • Support Azure AD Connect, Cloud Sync, hybrid identity, B2B/B2C collaboration, and Azure RBAC.
  • Administer Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Just-In-Time (JIT) access, managed identities, and service principals.
  • Monitor identity security alerts, support audits, compliance reviews, and access certification activities.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for authentication, authorization, federation, and identity-related issues.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
