The Bilingual HR Generalist will provide human resources (HR) support at our Pleasant Prairie, WI, and Yorkville, IL locations. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, policy and procedure administration, benefits, workers’ compensation, training, performance management, and leave of absence coordination. This role will also collaborate closely with HR team members to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that advance departmental and organizational goals.
